Fliss is the Studio Director and day-to-day manager at Elite Skin Studio. With a specialism in laser treatments and helping problematic skin concerns, Fliss strives to educate and guide her clients on journeys to improve their self-confidence.

Anne is the founder and Managing Director of Elite Skin Studio. With over 40 years experience in the beauty industry, Anne’s knowledge of skin and capability is expertly honed. Although she is trained in a plethora of treatments, Anne specialises in electrolysis and Advanced Cosmetic Procedures, a treatment which works to remove unwanted skin blemishes such as skin tags, warts, moles, milia and many others.  

Niki joins Elite after spending the last year training in advanced skin and aesthetic treatments. Niki has a career history of incredible customer service and care from her role as Cabin Crew manager for Virgin Atlantic. A skill that she will be bringing with her into her treatment room and applying to her Skin Specialist role. Niki will be performing CACI treatments, Dermalux LED Therapy, Skin Analysis with Environ Skincare and will be introducing our new range of Wellbeing facials to the Studio. In her free time, Niki loves spending time walking with her lovely Frenchie, Percy!

BSc MSc NIP PGDipAes Melanie is a highly experienced Nurse, who qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2008 from the University of Wolverhampton and gained an additional BSc degree in Neurological Studies from the University of Birmingham and a MSc in Primary Health Care. This led to a significant career in Community Nursing, pioneering several successful Nursing initiatives in the delivery of care. With additional academic qualifications in education, Melanie also has an accomplished history as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wolverhampton, where her career began. She is Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registered, an accredited Save Face Practitioner, a member of the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP), British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the Aesthetic Complications Expert Group (ACE). A long-standing interest in facial aesthetic treatments, and a passion to deliver cosmetic procedures with utmost proficiency and care, not only led Melanie to complete foundation, advanced and expert courses in cosmetic procedures but, also the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Aesthetic Injectable Treatments PGDipAes (VTCT). She is a Nurse Independent Prescriber (NIP), and has been trained, mentored and worked with leading experts within the aesthetic industry to include Dr. Fiona Durban, Clinical Lead and Aesthetic Doctor and Adrian Richards, Medical Director and Consultant Plastic Surgeon from Cosmetic Courses, Dee Hadley, Managing Director and Advanced Aesthetician of the Beautoxology chain of skin Clinics and Dr E. Sabri, Plastic Surgeon from St. Michael’s Clinic Shrewsbury. Melanie believes in offering natural, subtle enhancements, coupled with excellent clinical and holistic care.

Olivia joins Elite as a skin and laser specialist from her Aesthetic Practitioner Degree at University College Birmingham. Read about her story here: Why did you chose to pursue a career in skin? Growing up I struggled a lot with the typical teenage skin; acne breakouts, hormonal changes and hair growth, which affected me a lot throughout school life. I would reach for anything and everything when it came to skincare, not knowing what I was putting on my skin or the effect that it would have, in the hope that it would help me. I was around 17-18 years old when I properly started educating myself into the world of skincare when my acne became almost out of control. One day, when searching for my next career path following sixth form, I stumbled across the Aesthetic Practitioner course at University College Birmingham. From that moment on, I knew that a career in aesthetics was my destiny. What did your degree entail? The Aesthetic Practitioner degree thoroughly explored skin theories and concepts, providing all students with skin health education whilst studying the physiology of the entire body. Alongside launching the brand new course, UCB opened their brand new commercial clinic, Aspire Aesthetics, which enabled all students to get hands on experience with clients, having trained in a range of non-medical cosmetic procedures. The course provided the opportunity to train and work with and extensive amount of industry leading skincare brands and manufacturers. We had the privilege of engaging with industry experts and well as networking up and down the UK on various events and trips. The experience was like no other. What skin concerns to do you most enjoying helping clients with with? Problematic skins are probably my favourite concerns to treat. These conditions can often be the most challenging aspects to treat, but I find them the most rewarding. I can relate to clients who struggle with such concerns, which is what makes me SO motivated to help anyone in need. Why are you excited to work at Elite?  I am so excited to be apart of Elite Skin Studio and I feel privileged to work alongside such an amazing team who are just as enthusiastic about skin as I am. The invaluable experience I gained at university makes me more eager than ever, to help guide people on their own unique skin journeys.
