Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However we kindly ask for your understanding and adherence to the following 48 hour cancellation policy:
A fee of £30 may apply. If your treatment value is less than £30, you may be charged the full appointment fee.
For cancellations or amendments within 48 hours, the treatment will automatically be deducted from your course, without exception.
A quick note: Short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering your appointment slot to other clients, resulting in a loss of income for our business. As a small business, each appointment is crucial in covering operational expenses. By following this policy, you support our ability to keep providing the quality care and service you value. Thank you for your understanding.
Location
How to find us:
The Studio is a hidden-away haven in the centre of Newport. You can find us on the High Street, down a small walkway right next door to Costa Coffee, or from the rear of the Studio via our private car park (directions below!)
Access to the Studio:
The front door is open, so come on in! As you enter, you’ll find an intercom system to use to access the reception. Simply press the button for your designated specialist, depending on who your appointment is with. (If you're unsure who your treatment is with, don’t worry – feel free to press any of our buttons!)
Parking
Parking in Newport can be a bit of a challenge, so we want to make your visit to Elite Skin Studio as smooth as possible. We have our own dedicated client car park, and it is located directly behind the Studio (video below).
Google Maps will usually try to take you to the High Street, which is not where our parking is, so please follow the directions below.
To find our parking, follow these steps (or watch the video for guidance):
1. Drive up the service road between the B&M and Waitrose car parks. Please note that this road is also used by pedestrians, so take extra care and drive slowly.
2. At the top of the service road, veer left and continue straight through the first car park.
3. Keep going into the second car park. Our marked Elite Skin Studio spaces are on the left-hand side.
4. Park here, then walk up the buildings ahead where you will find the Studio entrance.
